Cashmere loves water, feel free to wash it after wearing 2 or 3 times.
To wash your cashmere garment, we recommend our special cashmere shampoo:
- Hand wash: just pour 1 cap per sweater.
- Machine wash: pour two caps for 3 or 4 jumpers
This cashmere shampoo is made in France and has been designed to gently clean natural fibres.
You can also use it for yak, camel and alpaca wool.

This neutral pH shampoo is packaged in a recyclable plastic bottle and made in France.
A bottle contains 300ml, which allows you about thirty washes.

Discounted items must be returned within 15 days.

Please make sure that a copy of the invoice is sent back with your item and specify if you would like an exchange or a refund.
You may also download the returns form, print it, fill it out and include it in your return parcel.
Or you may write this information on a sheet of paper. In that case, do not forget to write your order number.

The items must be returned in their original packaging, correctly folded and not worn.
