The vicuna is a mythical animal living mainly in Peru at high altitude. Resembling a small llama (but in fact belonging to the family of the Camelid), this adorable animal produces the finest softest hair, very rare and more exceptional than a scarf or a shawl in vicuna.
They were an endangered species but the vicuna is being saved thanks to the value of its hair. There is only a livestock of 300,000 running freely. We needed one year to successfully import the hair of this extremely protected animal.

To select the size of your item (sweater, cardigan, dress, coat, etc.), measure a similar item in your wardrobe that fits you perfectly, then compare the measurements to our chart.
- Measurement A is the total length of the sweater, it must be measured flat from top collar to hem, according to the diagram
- Measurement B is sleeve length. It is given to you as an indication, and it is not necessary for you to measure it, because the arm length depends on the way the sweater is constructed.
- Measurement C, the chest size, is important. It is taken from the left armpit seam to the right armpit seam
If your size characteristics are different from our standard sizes (e.g. large size), we can manufacture a made to measure sweater for a small additional cost within a few weeks. Contact us for more information.

Discounted items must be returned within 15 days.
Please make sure that a copy of the invoice is sent back with your item and specify if you would like an exchange or a refund.
You may also download the returns form, print it, fill it out and include it in your return parcel.
Or you may write this information on a sheet of paper. In that case, do not forget to write your order number.
The items must be returned in their original packaging, correctly folded and not worn.
